We Love Pets

We love pets! At The Preserve you can keep up to two pets in your apartment… and we won’t even count the fish! But as it goes, we want to avoid any issues with pets and most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy their home. Make sure to discuss our pet-friendly policies with our community manager.

We worked with our architects and engineers to design a building with all the right details: recycled materials, low VOC paint, high-tech mechanicals, an advanced air-sealing package and plenty of natural light and ventilation. The Preserve is LEED® certified, a rigorous third-party green building certification program that assures the highest green building standards have been met.

The Preserve is a Smoke Free community. We believe a healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy home environment. We don’t allow smoking in any apartments, common areas or outdoor spaces. Smoking isn’t permitted within 25 feet of any building entrance. Maybe we’re making it a little tougher to stay a smoker. Maybe we think you’re worth it!
